In July of 2022, RENOLIT ALKORPLAN and Fluidra joined forces to undertake an ambitious project. The aim was to install our reinforced membrane in one of the pools that would be used during the European Aquatics Championship in Rome.

This project was a major undertaking, both in terms of logistics and manpower. The technical team responsible for the installation was made up of professionals from different nationalities, who had never worked together before. Additionally, the installation had to be completed within a tight timeframe of just 10 days, in order to be ready for the start of the championship.

In order to ensure that everything ran smoothly, the team underwent intensive training in safety procedures. Installing the reinforced membrane in a pool of this size and scale presented unique challenges, requiring specific knowledge and skills that the team had to learn quickly.

Despite the challenges, the team successfully installed the reinforced membrane in the designated pool, meeting all the requirements and specifications of the project. The result was a world-class swimming pool that met the needs of the championship and provided a stunning venue for the event. 

This project was a testament to the strength and capabilities of RENOLIT ALKORPLAN and Fluidra, who were able to successfully collaborate on a challenging and complex installation. By bringing together our expertise and resources, we were able to create a state-of-the-art swimming pool that met the highest standards of quality and safety.
