Compatibility with Augmented Reality (AR)

The RENOLIT ALKORPLAN ONE app includes advanced Augmented Reality (AR) features to visualise the membranes directly in the pool. To use this technology, your mobile device must be compatible with Google ARCore.

You can view the official list of phones and tablets certified by Google for use with ARCore at the following link:


List of devices compatible with ARCore

If your Android device is compatible but does not have the ARCore module installed, follow these steps:

  1. Download the ARCore SDK from Google’s official website:
  2. DOWNLOAD ARCore SDK from Google
  3. Install the ARCore SDK on your device.
  4. Restart the RENOLIT ALKORPLAN ONE app..

Even if your device is compatible, there is no guarantee that the AR functionality will work correctly.
Some models may not have the ARCore module pre-installed, although this is rare in recent devices.

How to create your account

If you already receive our communications, have received the email inviting you to use the app, and have already downloaded RENOLIT ALKORPLAN ONE:

  • You can create your account directly from the app when you first launch it.
  • Once you have entered your work email address and created your account, return to the home screen and use the password and email address you chose earlier to log in.
  • When you log in for the first time, you will receive a welcome email with useful tips on how to get the most out of the app.
